Pick a common message that your chatter uses, and look what that NEXT layer of chatter would be. That Meta Chatter.

If you feel like you have have "start fear" and it's slowed your practice, totally fine! This is a great time to recognize it. If you are feeling hesitant to practice, think about what chatter is holding you back from doing more.

We are half way through! Think about what you have gained so far. What chatter do you recognize as chatter that you used to believe? What differences have you seen in your eating or your relationship with food since we have started? What is a sticky point for you now that you feel needs to change before the 8 weeks are done?

Send me a Marco Polo with (1) the meta chatter you recognized (or if you are having trouble finding it); (2) any start fear chatter that has come up for you; and (3) your 4 week check in with thoughts on what has changed for you, and what you feel is important to still work though.
